A board certified pediatric dentist, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Emory University and completed her residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and Scottish Rite Hospital.

She is a consultant to the Georgia Board of Dentistry and has served as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Lott is also a fellow with American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. She is a member of numerous local, state, and national professional organizations.
